List the photos and videos on a location’s profile.

get_media

Description

Returns the media items (photos and videos) on a location’s Birdeye profile. Use it to review which media are in each category, or to resolve a mediaId before calling update_media_category or delete_media.

Response Fields

Each media entry contains:

Field	Description
mediaId	Media ID — use it with update_media_category / delete_media
url	URL of the media item
mediaCategory	Category, e.g. EXTERIOR, INTERIOR, TEAMS, ADDITIONAL
description	Description of the media
mediaFormat	PHOTO or VIDEO

Notes

• Clarify the scope first. Media is captured per location — confirm which location the user means (from get_child_locations). For the parent/enterprise account’s own media, use the account number from get_business_info.
• To find a media item by name, list the media and match on description, then use its mediaId.
